Are you detail-oriented, technically skilled, and passionate about making a positive impact? We are looking for x2 GMP Equalisation Pensions Project Administrators on a 9 month fixed term contract to join our dynamic Pension Administration Department and support our mission to provide equal and fair benefits for all scheme members.

About the Role




As a GMP Equalisation Project Administrator, you will play a vital role in a dedicated project focused on reviewing and equalising member benefits. Working collaboratively, you will support the effective delivery of this important initiative, ensuring our data and processes are both accurate and compliant. You will be part of a team that values inclusion, excellence, and integrity in every aspect of our work.

You will be responsible for:



Providing accurate and exceptional technical support to the GMP Equalisation Project and the wider Pension Administration Department. Staying up-to-date with legislative changes, understanding their impact on our members and the benefits we provide. Performing precise manual calculations and data processes, supporting the accuracy and efficiency of our work. Assisting in testing and validating changes resulting from the project, ensuring our records remain reliable and compliant. Delivering excellent customer service to both internal teams and external members, promoting respect and accessibility for all. Taking ownership of delegated tasks, communicating progress transparently and accurately. Organising and managing your workload effectively to meet agreed deadlines and deliver quality results. Collaborating closely with the Project Leader to help plan and deliver the project's objectives.

Skills & Experience



GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C / 4 or above in Mathematics and English. PMI Qualified or Part Qualified. Significant demonstrable experience in pensions administration including manual calculations. Strong technical knowledge of Defined Benefit Pension schemes and regulations, relevant to the role. A questioning attitude, with the ability to analyse information critically and cleanse data using Excel. Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate effective solutions. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to new and challenging situations in the workplace.

TPT operates a hybrid working pattern with 2 days per week required in the office in Leeds.


There are two roles available, one of which will be at more of a 'lead' level.
