Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated GMP Warehouse Operative / FLT driver to join our team in handling various tasks within our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stock, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

Duties

Assist in undertaking of all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials and products and ensure that all data is maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management using specialist software, including regular stock counts and maintaining inventory records. Ensure all warehouse operations adhere to GMP, GDP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant regulations and standards. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment, ensuring that all health and safety protocols are followed. Ensure that all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and that any issues are promptly addressed to avoid disruptions in operations. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills

An understanding of applicable regulations and the ability to ensure compliance with relevant standards and guidelines. Attention to detail in reviewing documents, processes, and products to maintain the highest quality standards. Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies. The ability to work collaboratively with various departments, fostering a positive and compliant quality culture across the organisation. Flexibility to adapt to changing regulations and industry standards, ensuring proactive adjustments to processes.
