What You'll Do

As a

Go Active Activity Instructor

, you will:

Lead fun, safe, and structured activities

like archery, target paintball, water activites, and woodland adventures

Deliver a high standard of customer service

, ensuring guests feel welcome, supported, and safe

Set up, maintain, and clean activity equipment

while following all health and safety procedures

Promote participation

, encouraging guests to try new things and get involved in the full activity timetable

Support the smooth delivery of our activities programme

, working collaboratively with the wider leisure team

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a confident and outgoing team player with:

Experience in delivering outdoor or indoor leisure activities

Strong communication skills

and a natural ability to engage with people of all ages

An understanding of health and safety practices

Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others make lasting memories

A

valid NPLQ certificate

(beneficial but not essential)
