At FC Starz, we do more than coach--we empower. With over a decade of commitment to youth development and a thriving community of 300+ families, we are proud to manage 27+ teams for players aged 6 to 16. Our goal is simple: to nurture young athletes through quality coaching, genuine care, and a shared love for football.
We are currently seeking an experienced Goalkeeping Coach to drive the competitive development of our young goalkeepers. With a strong CV and a passion for nurturing talent, you will play a key role in preparing our players to excel in competitive matches and progress to higher levels of the game.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver structured and age-appropriate goalkeeper training sessions Teach key technical and tactical elements Evaluate individual performance and provide personalised development plans Support goalkeepers across multiple age groups and skill levels Collaborate with team coaches to integrate goalkeeper development into broader team play Maintain a safe, positive, and disciplined training environment Represent FC Starz's values with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of coaching goalkeepers Minimum FA Level 1 Certificate required (Level 2 or higher preferred) Deep understanding of modern goalkeeper techniques and youth development principles Excellent communication skills Valid Enhanced DBS
