Job Title: Golang (Go) Developer

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain

scalable backend services

and microservices using Go. Design and build

RESTful or gRPC APIs

and integrate internal/external services. Work with databases such as

PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB

, or cloud-native data stores. Implement

concurrency patterns

, performance optimization, and secure coding practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and product stakeholders. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and continuous improvements. (For senior candidates) Mentor junior developers, lead design discussions, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong programming fundamentals and experience with

Golang (Go)

. Hands-on understanding of backend development, APIs, and microservices. Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment. Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team. Experience with cloud platforms such as

AWS, Azure, or GCP

. Knowledge of containers and orchestration:

Docker, Kubernetes

. Understanding of distributed systems, messaging queues, or event-driven architectures. Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.). Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform). Performance tuning, profiling, and scaling high-traffic systems.
