Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Seasonal Golf Operations Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This position requires a passion for golf and a commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality, making every visitor's experience memorable.

Duties

Greet guests warmly on arrival and assist them with their needs. Assist in sales of golf merchandise, hire items and accessories. Assist with golf services including, starter & marshal duties. Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves and keeping track of merchandise levels. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall guest experience. Assist with general cleaning duties including buggy and trolley fleet

Skills

Excellent hospitality skills, demonstrating a genuine desire to assist guests and create a positive atmosphere. Proficient in guest services, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with visitors. Attention to detail and organisational skills to maintain an orderly shop environment. A passion for golf and knowledge of related products is highly desirable.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: 12.00-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
