Position Overview:

We are seeking a Golf Club Builder to join our build team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a passion for golf and a deep understanding of club construction techniques. They will be responsible for meticulously assembling, customising, and repairing golf clubs to meet the exact specifications of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and customise golf clubs according to customer orders, ensuring precise specifications are met. Repair and refurbish golf clubs, including re-gripping, re-shafting, and loft/lie adjustments. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including inventory management of club components and materials. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in club technology.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Golf Club Builder or similar role, ideally with a minimum of 2 years in a professional workshop environment. Deep knowledge of golf club components, materials, and assembly techniques. Proficiency in using specialised tools and equipment for club building and repair. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with other departments. Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings during peak periods. Passion for golf and a desire to enhance the playing experience for golfers of all levels.
