The Role
We are looking for a Golf Club Technician to join our Workshop & Warehouse team. This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with their hands in a workshop environment and takes pride in precision and accuracy.
The role involves assembling and repairing golf clubs to exact specifications, with occasional support required in the warehouse and on the telephone. Computer literacy is therefore useful, although the primary focus of the role is workshop-based.
This position would suit someone with an interest in golf, who plays golf, or who has some knowledge of golf equipment. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Workshop & Club Assembly:
Assembling golf clubs to customer specifications
Repairing golf clubs
Selecting and handling components accurately and with care
Carrying out accurate measurements of golf club specifications
Carrying out quality checks of golf club components
Team & Operational Support:
Working independently and as part of a workshop team to meet deadlines
Maintaining high standards of accuracy, consistency, and workmanship
Contributing ideas to improve workshop efficiency and processes
Assisting with warehouse operations during busy periods
Occasionally supporting with phone calls and basic computer-based tasks when required
About You
You will be a practical and detail-focused individual who enjoys working in a workshop environment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. You are reliable, methodical, and comfortable working to specifications and deadlines. You work well as part of a team but can also manage tasks independently. An interest in golf or golf products would be a strong advantage.

No formal qualifications required
Clubmaking experience preferred but not essential, training will be provided
