About the Role
Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue, you will be responsible for handling and converting enquiries for conferences, events, golf, and accommodation groups. You'll maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings, building strong relationships with both clients and the wider hotel team.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the diary, tee-sheet, and availability to maximise revenue.
Using our in-house booking system to prepare confirmations and function sheets.
Proactively gathering client feedback and identifying potential sales opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in Meetings & Events, Event Management, customer service, or administration is preferred but not essential--full training will be provided.
Confident communication skills, both over the phone and in person, are essential.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are required.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work throughout the year.
