Golf Membership Retention Advisor



Location:

PlayMoreGolf, Bloxham Mill Business Centre, Barford Rd, Bloxham, Banbury OX15 4FF/Remote

Salary:

25,000 per annum + Monthly bonus based on targets achieved

Hours:

Full-time, Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) + occasional weekend work (days in lieu provided)

We're looking for a

Golf Membership Retention Advisor

to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with our members, ensuring they maximize their membership experience, and working proactively to retain them.

The Role



As a

Golf Membership Retention Advisor

, your focus will be on keeping our members engaged and happy. You'll handle

renewals, sales, and retention strategies

, using your customer service skills to ensure our members get the most from their PlayMoreGolf experience.

Key Responsibilities



Proactively engage with members

to encourage renewals and resolve any concerns.

Handle inbound and outbound communications

via phone, text, email, and live chat, providing exceptional customer support.

Understand members' needs

and offer tailored solutions to maximize their PlayMoreGolf experience.

Analyse retention data

to identify trends and suggest improvements.

Work with internal teams

(sales, marketing, and customer services) to improve the member journey.

Occasional weekend work

to support key events (with time off in lieu).

What We're Looking For



?

Experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Retention

- ideally within golf, leisure, hospitality, or membership-based industries.
?

Strong Communication Skills

- Confident, friendly, and professional, with the ability to build rapport and retain members.
?

Resilience & Problem-Solving Ability

- Able to handle objections and find creative solutions to keep members engaged.
?

Passion for Golf & Membership Services

- An understanding of the sport and its community is a plus.
?

Organized & Tech-Savvy

- Experience with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and Microsoft Office is beneficial.
