We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Golf Operations Assistants. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our golf facilities, ensuring an exceptional experience for all members and guests. This position offers flexible working hours, ideal for those looking to work in a vibrant and engaging environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assist with the daily operation of all golfing facilities, including driving range, practice areas, changing rooms, and golf buggies. Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests, addressing inquiries and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Support the coordination of golf events, tournaments, and coaching sessions. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of golf facilities and equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations across all departments.

Job skills and requirements:

A passion for golf and a basic understanding of the sport will be an advantage. Experience in an outside services or customer service role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Customer service experience is a plus. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
