Carlisle Golf Club is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a

Golf Operations & Sales Assistant

. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone with a passion for golf and a strong background in customer service or retail.

About the Role

You'll play an important part in the day-to-day running of our professional shop and golf operations. The role combines retail sales and service with golf administration, giving you variety and responsibility within a busy club environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver first-class customer service to members and visitors. Assist with retail sales, stock management, and merchandising in the pro shop. Support the running of golf operations, including bookings, tee-sheets, and competition administration. Provide information and advice on golf equipment and services. Maintain a welcoming, professional environment for all golfers.

What We're Looking For

Golf knowledge and a genuine interest in the game. Previous customer service or retail experience. Strong communication and people skills. Ability to work as part of a team, and independently when required. Flexibility to work weekends and peak golf times.
