Job Description

Reporting to:

Duty Manager and Company Director

Job Overview :

To oversee the smooth operation of play on a golf course or driving range by ensuring golfers abide by a company rules and regulations, and also by making sure the grounds are properly maintained. They serve as liaisons between players, management and other employees, communicating any feedback from golfers and handling emergency situations that arise. As one of the front-line employees in providing customer service, rangers are expected to be friendly and courteous, and possess excellent communication skills.

Job Duties/Responsibilities: (but not limited to)

Maintenance of driving range area and grounds including adventure golf

Marshalling the Golf Range

Use of machinery to collect golf balls

Using excellent customer service skills establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, officials and general public.

Receives and respond to complaints from golfers.

Enforce company rules and regulations

Job Requirements/Skills:

You need to be reliable and able to adapt to situations as and when required.

Variable hours - evening and weekend shifts are required and necessary due to being our busiest times.

Experience in similar environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Work Location: In person
