, offering golfers of all abilities a world-class experience. We are now looking for a

Golf Retail & Academy Assistant

to join our friendly team.

Role Overview

As the first point of contact for members and visitors, you will provide a warm welcome and deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every guest enjoys their visit.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and handle general enquiries. Manage tee-sheet bookings (IntelligentGolf- training provided). Manage driving range bookings (Your Golf Booking- training provided). Administer competitions and organise buggy hire. Maintain a clean, well-stocked retail shop. Process retail purchases and upsell products where appropriate.

What We're Looking For

Excellent customer service skills. Knowledge and enthusiasm for golf. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team. Confident communication and sales skills.

Schedule

Flexible shifts, 27-40 hours per week. Weekend work required.
