Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Golf Attendant to join our team at a premier golf facility. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests have a positive and enjoyable experience. This role involves managing various aspects of golf operations, including assisting with events, maintaining the course, and providing guest services.

Duties

Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome and prompt service. Assist with golf bags, trolleys & buggies. Manage tee times and assist with the scheduling of events, ensuring smooth operations throughout the day. Provide information about the golf course, facilities, and services available to guests. Maintain clean and organised practice areas, buggies, and staging areas Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the clubhouse and surrounding areas. Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly, utilising conflict management skills to resolve issues effectively. Support food service operations as needed, including serving food and beverages to guests on the course, including the Halfway House. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, enhancing their overall experience through excellent hospitality. Collaborate with team members to ensure all events run smoothly and efficiently.

? Basic food hygiene knowledge or willingness to learn (training can be provided)
? Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
