Golf Services Supervisor

to join our team at

Redbourn Golf Club

and help deliver exceptional service and smooth day-to-day running of our golf operations.

About the Role:

As Golf Operations Supervisor, you'll play a key part in the success of our golf department supporting the Golf Operations Manager, leading the team in their absence, and ensuring members and guests enjoy a first-class golfing experience.


Your responsibilities will include:

Driving retail sales

and promoting all aspects of the golf shop

Delivering

custom fittings

and providing expert product knowledge

Supervising the team

and ensuring high operational standards when the Manager is away

Running the junior section

, inspiring the next generation of golfers

Checking in golfers

and ensuring smooth flow on and off the course

Overseeing

stock management

and shop presentation

Assisting with

handicaps, club competitions

, and golf administration

Helping to organise and deliver

events, brand demo days, and golf days

Maintaining a high standard of service across all golf operations

About You:

We're looking for someone who is passionate about the game, thrives in a team environment, and enjoys interacting with golfers of all levels.


Essential requirements:


Minimum

3 years' experience

in the golf industry

Proven experience in

custom fitting

Previous

supervisory or leadership

experience

Strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills

A proactive attitude and passion for growing the game

What We Offer:

Competitive salary of OTE

32,000

including commission.

40-hour contract
