Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Golf Shop Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service to our patrons while ensuring the smooth operation of the golf shop. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for golf, and the ability to engage with customers effectively.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries regarding merchandise and services. Manage the sales process, including upselling products and services to enhance customer experience. Maintain an organised and visually appealing shop environment by restocking shelves and arranging displays. Process transactions accurately using basic maths skills for cash handling. Provide information about golf equipment and accessories to help customers make informed decisions. Assist in stock replenishments and learn the new equipment that comes out. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Experience

Previous experience in golf club custom fitting and golf shop is required. Strong organisational skills to manage inventory and maintain shop standards effectively. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Must be able to regrip golf clubs to a professional manor.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
