As you will be the first point of contact, we are looking for an applicant with excellent customer service skills & flexibility with working hours would be required during the busiest times of the season. Experience of golf and retail sales desirable but not essential.

Main job tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

Clothing and equipment sales Maintaining shop merchandising standards and cleaning standards Collecting green fees Meeting and greeting group bookings Washing and preparing golf buggies and clubs for daily hire Dealing with guest enquiries both face to face and by phone Any other reasonable management request

Welcoming, friendly, helpful demeanor Excellent communication skills Ability to multi task and work under pressure Flexible working pattern-including evenings and weekends Must have right to work in UK
