Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lead Installer to join our team. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for leading the installation nationwide/international of various equipment, including computer hardware, Av systems, flooring and golf simulator components. Installations will normally require the candidate to be away from home for usually 3 days at a time, dependent on installation location. The ideal candidate

MUST

have a proven history in Av installation or similar industry, strong DIY skills and a strong attention to detail along with a good Golf ability background.

When not on installations you will be required to work in our Abingdon office assisting with the day to day running of the business. This requires an individual that is happy to get involved in a job role that varies from day to day.

Installation Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and lead the installation of the Golf simulator from the Project Manager
- Install and configure computer hardware, tracking device, AV equipment and lay flooring
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
- Maintain accurate records of installations and repairs
- Train and mentor junior installers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during installations

Office Responsibilities:

- Remote Tech support for existing customers

-Packing & shipping of orders

- Social media posts

- Ordering components for installations

- Pc setup

- Warehouse & Van stock management

- R & D for Golf Simulator Components

Requirements:

- Ability to play Golf to a good standard
- Previous working history in Av System installations or similar. Good DIY knowledge. Understanding & experience of windows operating system.
- Must be located or will relocate to within 45 minutes travel time to Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Full UK Driving Licence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
