We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and facilitating the smooth operation of our supply chain. This position requires a strong understanding of logistics and warehouse management systems, as well as proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools.
Responsibilities
Receive, check, and process incoming deliveries accurately.
Inspect goods for damages, shortages, or discrepancies.
Book stock into the system and update inventory records.
Carry out basic
electrical testing and inspection of incoming products
to ensure functionality and compliance.
Organise and store goods safely within the warehouse.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist with cycle counts.
Support picking and dispatch operations when required.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with Health & Safety policies.
Requirements
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or goods-in environment (preferred).
Experience with electrical product testing or inspection
(advantageous).
Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Competent with basic IT systems and stock management software.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
Forklift licence desirable but not essential (training may be provided).
