Roles and Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting a

Goods In Operative

to support the smooth and compliant operation of our busy warehouse at MPW Redhouse. As part of the Goods In team, your responsibilities will include:

Receiving and inspecting incoming pharmaceutical deliveries for accuracy and quality. Recording and labelling stock in line with warehouse procedures and SOPs. Moving goods to appropriate storage areas using a

Reach Truck

(where qualified). Ensuring correct handling and storage of pharmaceutical products to maintain compliance. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the goods-in area to support operational efficiency. Reporting discrepancies or damaged goods in a timely manner. Collaborating with stock control and wider warehouse teams to ensure seamless workflow.

What We're Looking For From You

We're looking for a proactive and dependable warehouse professional who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Essential:

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Basic IT skills and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Desirable:

Experience working in a pharmaceutical or GDP-compliant environment. Valid

Reach Truck Licence

. Awareness of health & safety and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards.
