Goods In Operatives

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be pivotal in our goods receiving process, ensuring that all incoming shipments are handled accurately and efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, ensuring items match purchase orders and delivery notes. Accurately input inventory data into our warehouse management systems (WMS). Organize and store received items in designated locations within the warehouse. Report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues in received items to supervisors. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the receiving area to comply with health and safety standards. Assist in regular stock counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy. Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily targets and optimize workflow.
Your role will ensure that we're always ready to fulfil our customers' orders accurately and on time.

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory. Good attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate inventory management. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Basic computer skills to operate warehouse management systems. Physically able to lift and move products safely. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
