Must have experience of running lead gen Google Ad campaigns for local service businesses: divorce lawyers, b2b law firms, med spas and hair transplant clinics.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Google Ads Campaign Manager to lead and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in performance marketing, PPC campaign management, and data analysis to drive measurable results. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies, manage large advertising budgets, and contribute to the growth of our clients' online presence through effective media planning and execution.

Duties



Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive Google Ads campaigns to meet client objectives, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video campaigns. Manage advertising budgets efficiently while maximizing ROI through strategic bidding and targeting adjustments. Conduct thorough keyword research using SEO tools and SEM techniques to identify high-performing keywords aligned with campaign goals. Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools; analyze data to inform ongoing optimization efforts. Create compelling ad copy and visuals for Google Ads Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to improve conversion rates. Coordinate media buying efforts across multiple channels including affiliate marketing and media planning initiatives. Track conversions and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness using tools like DoubleClick and Google AdWords. Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance metrics; provide insights and recommendations for future strategies. Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and new advertising tools or platform updates.

Qualifications



Proven experience managing PPC campaigns with a focus on Google Ads (Google AdWords), Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Twitter Ads. Strong understanding of performance marketing strategies including conversion optimization, media buying, and media planning. Proficiency with SEO tools, web analytics (Google Analytics), Google Tag Manager, and other digital marketing software. Knowledge of SEM techniques including keyword research, bidding strategies, and budget management. Familiarity with affiliate marketing programs and e-commerce platforms is a plus. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable campaign improvements. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting campaign results effectively.
