Role Overview





The Senior Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing high-performing, multi-channel marketing campaigns that support the agency's portfolio of brands, their business objectives, and customer engagement strategy. This is a key leadership role within the marketing team and requires a strategic thinker who can combine data, creativity, and commercial acumen. This is a new role and so needs a highly organized self-starter and completer finisher. This role leads both the Brand and Marketing master campaigns but also develops campaign packages for local branch support and key revenue driving depts.



Key Responsibilities



Plan and manage integrated brand and marketing campaigns across digital, social, OOH, print, email, and offline in-branch. Work closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Lettings, New Homes, Corporate, Property Management and PR to ensure alignment of messaging and objectives. Lead campaign briefing, creative development, media planning, and post-campaign analysis. Manage relationships with media agencies, creative partners, and internal content teams to ensure on-brand, timely, and high-quality delivery. Define campaign KPIs and provide regular performance reporting with actionable insights. Continuously optimise campaigns based on data, testing, and learnings. Support local marketing initiatives across the branch network while maintaining brand consistency. Stay on top of property market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to inform campaign strategy.

Requirements



5+ years' experience in campaign or brand marketing, ideally within property, retail, or a service-led B2C environment. Some B2B experience would be useful. Proven track record of delivering successful omnichannel marketing campaigns. Strong commercial acumen with experience using data to drive performance and ROI. Experience of all web analytics and campaign data measurement across the complete funnel. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Experience working with creative, digital, and media agencies Hands-on knowledge of digital channels including paid social, PPC, display, email, and CRM. Familiarity with tracking, pixels and tagging(google tag manager. Facebook pixel etc ) Passionate about brand storytelling and customer experience. Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.

Desirable




Experience in the property sector or real estate marketing. Knowledge of platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager. CIM or other marketing qualification.
