Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing Google AdWords and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of public relations and social media management, as well as the ability to analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Duties

Google AdWords expertise for target customers and monitoring with daily budgets. Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including graphics, videos, and written posts. Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and customer feedback to ensure timely responses and engagement. Collaborate with other departments to align social media initiatives with overall marketing strategies. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand relevant. Manage public relations efforts related to social media outreach and community engagement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Google AdWords, social media management or public relations is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation. Familiarity with graphic design software is an advantage but not mandatory.
