Responsibilities and Duties

Be our Google Workspace Subject Matter Expert (SME). Level 3 support engineer, also provide support to Service Desk Design, implement, and manage Google Workspace solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Google Workspace applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Google Workspace with other systems. Develop and maintain documentation for Google Workspace configurations and procedures. Monitor and optimize Google Workspace performance and security. Stay updated with the latest Google Workspace features and best practices. Design, implement, and manage JumpCloud solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for JumpCloud applications. Integrate JumpCloud with other systems and applications. Develop and maintain documentation for JumpCloud configurations and procedures. Monitor and optimize JumpCloud performance and security. Stay updated with the latest JumpCloud features and best practices. Work with cross-functional teams to create scalable, effective solutions

Essential

Google Workspace certification a bonus. JumpCloud experience, certification a bonus. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Knowledge of IT security best practices. Microsoft M365 System Admin experience a bonus but not mandatory. Azure engineer experience a bonus but not mandatory. Workday experience a bonus but not mandatory. Jira, Confluence, Slack and Zoom experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience with Google Workspace administration and support. Strong understanding of Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc.). Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
