What you will be doing



Ensure appropriate governance and decision making in line with UK Gambling Commission expectations and internal UK Compliance Committee structure Conduct and contribute to regular risk assessments, updating risk registers and identifying appropriate key risk indicators Monitor UK and Gibraltar gambling regulations, directives, and industry codes of practice; ensure changes are understood and implemented Develop, update, improve and enforce compliance policies and procedures to ensure company's operations adhere to applicable UK and Gibraltar requirements Provide guidance to first line teams and product teams in the interpretation of compliance requirements Keep up to date with changes to the relevant legislation, regulations, LCCP and industry best practice Conduct, or oversee, periodic reviews to assess the effectiveness of internal controls. Advise on investigations into potential compliance/risk incidents
