Join us as a Sales Controls and Frameworks Manager at Barclays, where you will assess the integrity and effectiveness of the banks internal control framework to support the mitigation of risk and protection of the banks operational, financial, and reputational risk.
To be successful in the role of a Sales Controls & Frameworks you should have the following:
A strong background in IBK/Markets; preferably CCO, Compliance or Internal Audit roles.
Technical skills to understand and navigate business processes and infrastructure front-to-back.
Understanding of governance and control frameworks, and approach to design/remediation.
Stakeholder interaction and communication skills.
Some other highly valued skills include:
Excellent Excel and data manipulation skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously with efficiency and focus.
