Job Description
Registered Midwife/ BSC/1st degree (health related) or equivalent qualification/training and experience Evidence of ongoing professional and personal development Demonstrable experience in all aspects of maternity Recent experience working as a qualified midwife in a clinical setting. Experience participating in incident investigations, reporting or governance processes. Competent to ensure the delivery of evidence-based practice. Demonstrates a broad knowledge of current nursing / midwifery issues Demonstrable experience in developing self and others and changing practice.
