Governance & Safeguarding Coordinator

Location:

Hybrid - with occasional travel to the Bradford Office

Hours:

37.5 per week

Salary:

27,000 per annum

As part of our Care Quality team, you'll be the centre of our governance and safeguarding processes - ensuring we remain compliant, responsive, and always improving. Every report you produce, and data you review will help us protect residents, support our teams, and continually improve the services we provide.


What does it mean to be an Anchor Governance & Safeguarding Coordinator?




Track and Review Key Data:

Bringing together insights from multiple systems to inform our Care Quality reporting.

Spot Trends and Highlight Themes:

Review safeguarding, SUI (Serious Untoward Incidents), and inspection data - turning information into meaningful action.

Maintain Robust Governance Systems:

Including oversight of coroner cases, safeguarding referrals, and DBS reviews.

Support Operational Colleagues:

With accurate, timely reports that shine a light on what's working and where we can improve.

Keep us Inspection Ready:

Ensuring all audit activity is tracked, reported, and shared across teams.

Be a Data Champion:

Promoting high standards of accuracy, evidence, and insights across everything we do.

Who we're looking for:




Detail Driven:

You have an eye for detail and accuracy, ensuring every dataset, report, and log is reliable.

Systems Confident:

Using Excel and digital applications to collate, review, and present data clearly.

Analytical Thinker:

You're skilled at spotting patterns, identifying trends, and drawing meaningful conclusions that help improve care quality and compliance.

Organised & Proactive:

You can manage multiple priorities, track cases and actions efficiently.

Strong Communicator:

Whether you're writing reports, supporting colleagues, or escalating cases, you communicate clearly and professionally.

Governance Minded:

You understand the importance of safeguarding, regulatory frameworks, and governance processes - and you're committed to maintaining high standards.

Confidential & Trustworthy:
