This role will support the Child Health Information Service Manager and CHIS Senior GP Clinical Advisor and project, and operational services to CHIS partner organizations.
The post-holder will support the implementation of the Improving Immunisation Uptake program, working as a member of the wider CHIS and IT team and will engage with partner organizations and stakeholders to deliver the requirements of the program plan, actively supporting the deployment of this plan from both a technical and stakeholder facing perspective.
The post-holder will undertake a number of programs, project and operational administrative activities that will enable the continued development and delivery of the Improving Immunisation Uptake.
Project Support Officers plan and organize a range of project activities and work streams and will be responsible for specific elements of the project; including delivery within timescales and budget, and participating in relevant project meetings to provide information, updates, advice, and support.
Project Support Officers implement new ways of working and facilitate collaborative working; and as such, professionals in this position have exceptional communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills and are able to manage, develop and influence people and projects.
