handling patient calls from a group of practices
calling patients to book in for chronic disease care
handling tasks
working in a team environment to enhance patient care
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role using EMIS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
