Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including patient flow, staff scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction
Supervise medical office staff, including administrative support, nursing personnel, and clinical teams, ensuring high performance and professional development
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of medical records and patient information
Oversee human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
Implement and monitor office policies aligned with CQC standards or other accreditation bodies to uphold quality assurance in healthcare delivery
Requirements
Proven experience managing a medical practice with strong knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health record (EHR) systems like System One/ Emis
Supervisory experience leading multidisciplinary teams within a healthcare setting
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical records management practices to ensure compliance and data security
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced clinic environment
Background of working in a GP Practice a must
