As Reception Manager, you will:
Lead, support, and develop our reception team.
Oversee day-to-day operations including rotas, training, and performance management.
Play a key role in improving patient experience and streamlining front-of-house services.
Work closely with the Practice Operations Manager, GPs, and wider healthcare team to ensure smooth, professional service delivery.
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in supervising or managing a customer-facing team, ideally within a healthcare setting.
An excellent communicator, calm under pressure, and highly organised.
Able to motivate and support staff while ensuring high standards of care and efficiency.
Confident with IT systems (experience with clinical systems is desirable).
