We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programmes that enhance employee skills and knowledge across various departments. This role requires a strong background in human resources and excellent communication skills to facilitate learning and development initiatives.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programmes tailored to the needs of the organisation.
Utilise tools such as Adobe Captivate and SharePoint to create engaging training materials and resources.
Conduct training sessions using effective presentation skills to ensure participants grasp key concepts.
Mentor employees, providing guidance and support throughout their learning journey.
Collaborate with HR teams to identify training needs and evaluate programme effectiveness using HRIS and Workday systems.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and feedback.
Experience
Proven experience in a training or teaching role, with a strong emphasis on mentoring and development.
Familiarity with HR processes, particularly in relation to employee onboarding and performance management.
Proficient in using Salesforce for tracking training progress and outcomes.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
