We are currently recruiting for

Grab Driver

to join our team, Deliver concrete, aggregates, and other materials to various locations in a timely manner across

Shrewsbury Area

. This is a

Working Hours & Location

Location: Shrewsbury 50 Hours a week 13.50 - 14.50 an Hour

About the Role

As a Grab Driver, you will:

Safely operate HGV vehicles, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Load and unload materials as required, using appropriate equipment, Plan efficient routes for deliveries and ensure punctual service.

Communicate effectively with you line management and team members to coordinate deliveries efficiently.

Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently to assist with various tasks

Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.

Wearing and maintaining Personal Protective Equipment

Experience and Qualifications:

Full UK driving license, Class 2 license, CPCS Lorry -Loader (Required)

Up to date driver CPC and Digi Tacho (Required)

Training will be given on: NPORS, Banksman, Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, NRSWA, EUSR National Water Hygiene, Asbestos Awareness, CPC Driver Training (HGV only), Slinger and Signaller, Abrasive Wheels
