We are looking for motivated graduates to join our ICAEW training programme in our Chandlers Ford Office. The position will start in September 2026.


Training with Rothmans will provide you with responsibility, direct communication with clients and the opportunity to see how our clients' businesses operate.


We have a wide range of clients, from individuals to large groups of companies, who are based throughout the UK.


Throughout your training, you will benefit from working with clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail, construction and healthcare.

Training with Rothmans is about more than just qualifying as a Chartered Accountant.


You will:


gain a wide range of practical work experience including accounts, audit, taxation and all aspects of accountancy; develop a wide range of business skills; be an integral member of the team, where your input and opinion matters; receive full study support for your exams and your continuing professional development; receive guidance and mentorship from your peers; have the opportunity to progress to senior management, with regular reviews and progress plans.

The entry requirements are;


120 UCAS points at A-level/Scottish Higher (excluding re-sits and general studies); A predicted or obtained 2.1 honours degree; At least a Grade 6 (or Grade B) in both Mathematics and English Language.
