Our client is a tech-enabled services business providing

digital workflow and collaboration tools

to growing companies across the UK. Their software supports remote and hybrid teams by improving organisation, visibility, and day-to-day communication.

They are growing their commercial function and are hiring a

Graduate Account Manager

to support existing customers and help strengthen long-term client relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants a sociable team, clear development, and the flexibility of remote working.

No previous sales or account management experience is required -- full training is included.

Your Day-to-Day

Manage regular contact with a group of business customers Help new clients settle into using the platform confidently Respond to account queries and escalate issues where needed Take part in online review calls and catch-ups with clients Work with internal teams to improve the client experience Keep account records accurate using internal systems
