About the Role
You'll begin as part of our friendly administration and customer service team, getting to know our business processes, clients, and systems. From day one, you'll have a mix of responsibilities, including:

• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
• Processing and maintaining accurate records of customer information and project data.
• Supporting colleagues with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Assisting with scheduling, reporting, and documentation.

Once you've mastered the basics, you'll have the opportunity to specialise in areas such as retrofit administration, assessment coordination, and energy project support-building a strong platform for a long-term career in the sector.
What We're Looking For

• A recent graduate with a technical, numerical, or analytical degree (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or similar).
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• An analytical and detail-oriented approach to work.
• A genuine interest in sustainability, renewable energy, or technology.
