About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Graduate Admissions Operations team, which handles the over 40,000 applications and 25,000 enquiries received by the University each year for postgraduate courses. You will, in particular, help the Graduate Admissions Manager (Departments) to support administrators in academic departments across the University through a flourishing community of practice.

You will engage with a broad range of stakeholders across the University and applicants across the globe in contributing to our goal of ensuring that the University recruits outstanding postgraduate students. Using our comprehensive process library, the postholder will provide advice and guidance on admissions policies and procedures both internally and externally, and contribute to the planning and delivery of initiatives to enhance our activities. The postholder will use a broad range of systems to carry out these activities, including the student record database and enquiry management tool.

This role would be an excellent introduction to graduate admissions at Oxford and would offer opportunities to get involved in projects to improve our service and to learn about other parts of the University.

Ability to work with complex business processes, as well as suggesting improvements and documenting changes.
