As a Graduate Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing knowledgeable assistance and support throughout the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist them in locating products that meet their needs. Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, and pricing. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging displays. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to maintain store standards. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
