Business Development Representative (BDR) - IT & Tech Distribution



*Remote-Based | Option to Work from HQ in Cambridge | Travel to clients office located in Basingstoke |

As a

Business Development Representative (BDR)

, you will play a pivotal role in driving our clients' success within

IT & tech distribution

by

identifying new sales opportunities, generating high-quality appointments, and helping close key deals.



What You'll Do



Outbound Engagement

- Make

60-70 outbound calls per day

to identify and connect with potential clients.

Appointment Setting

- Secure

5 - 8 meetings per week

for our industry experts.

Lead Qualification

- Understand client needs and nurture high-potential leads.

Pipeline Growth

- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline.

Presentation & Selling

- Confidently pitch solutions and address objections.

CRM & Data Management

- Track leads, manage pipelines, and optimise performance using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.

LinkedIn Prospecting

- Use

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

and other tools to engage decision-makers.

Collaboration

- Work closely with internal teams to maximise success.

Hours of work



- Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:00pm

Salary



- 23,800 - 25,000 base salary (dependant on experience)

- Plus OTE 2,000 - 4,000

Location



Our HQ is based in Cambridge, UK. We have full remote working capabilities. However travel will be required on your first day for onboarding (all expenses paid for).

This role is fully remote however, you may be required to travel from time to time (all expenses paid for).
