Having scaled rapidly over recent years, the company is now focused on driving performance, strengthening financial controls, and executing a clear value-creation plan ahead of a planned sale in the coming years.

As a Graduate Finance Analyst, you will work closely with the Finance Director and wider senior leadership team, supporting core financial reporting, analysis, and strategic initiatives. The role offers exceptional learning opportunities and visibility across the business, with exposure to board-level reporting and transaction preparation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and performance reporting Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow modelling Prepare financial analysis to support commercial and strategic decision-making Help develop and improve financial models and KPIs used by management and investors Support year-end audit processes and liaise with external advisors Contribute to projects related to systems, processes, and scalability Gain exposure to private equity reporting requirements and exit preparation activities

About You

Degree background in Maths, Finance, Economics or a numerate degree (min 2:1) Experience working within a similar role/environment is desirable Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail Confident working with Excel; interest in financial modelling and data analysis Commercially minded, curious, and eager to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Ambitious and motivated to build a career in finance, ideally within PE-backed or high-growth businesses
