We are excited to announce an opportunity for an enthusiastic graduate to join Hentons Corporate Finance as a Graduate Corporate Finance Executive. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated individual to work on a variety of corporate finance and deal origination projects gaining experience from our full-service firm spanning corporate finance and corporate legal jobs.

What does a typical day look like?

Support team members with a variety of projects from management buy outs, trade sales and acquisitions, employee ownership trusts and financial due diligence. o Use a variety of databases and platforms to research organisations (e.g. to conduct business valuations, prepare buyer lists, etc.) o Conduct data analysis o Financial modelling o Produce Information Memorandums and reports o General office administration o Support with marketing for the team and projects

What do you need?

A desire to forge a career within corporate finance o Strong communication skills and confidence to speak on the phone/ video call o Excellent commercial acumen o Proactive in networking and building professional relationships. o Strong numerical and analytical skills. o Degrees such as accounting, finance, economics, or business management would be a bonus o An interest in technology and how to increase efficiency is desired o Those with other degree subjects will be considered alongside a demonstrable desire to work in corporate finance o A relevant internship, placement, or work experience would be a bonus but is not required.
