Working in a small, agile team, you'll gain

hands-on exposure to all areas of the deal cycle

- including lead advisory, M&A, valuations, due diligence, and strategic reviews. You'll be involved from day one in

live deals

and

client meetings

, learning directly from experienced senior professionals in a supportive environment designed to accelerate your development.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the execution of M&A, management buyouts, and fundraising transactions Assist in preparing financial models, pitch documents, business valuations, and IMs Conduct market research and sector analysis to support deal origination Liaise directly with clients, investors, lawyers, and other advisors Play an active role in all stages of the transaction process, from origination to completion

About You:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), ideally trained in audit, transaction services, or general practice Strong commercial acumen and a genuine interest in corporate finance and M&A Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with clients and stakeholders Highly analytical with strong Excel and report-writing skills Self-motivated, with a desire to learn quickly and take on responsibility
