Job requirements

We are currently looking to recruit a high-calibre individual for the position of a Graduate Business Development Manager, to work in our London, office UK.

This role will report directly into the UK Director and will be responsible for the development and management of the BTCC Affiliate programme. This role is tasked with building, maintaining, and acquiring a large portfolio of key affiliate partners globally.

Affiliate Manager Role Purpose:

Build, manage and optimize the Affiliates strategy and structure for the company using previous industry experience.

Reach out to new and existing customers by expanding reach across the web.

Assist in growing existing online affiliate programs for maximum customer exposure.

Build, manage and maintain a high performing Affiliates database using previously acquired, high performing affiliate partners within the Crypto / Forex / CFDs / Spread Betting.

Help to actively manage the P&L for all Affiliate activities demonstrating an in depth understanding of the value of your portfolio.

Operate in an analytical nature, using all partner data to establish effective affiliate campaign models to maximise profitability.

Handle day-to-day communication with members and provide appropriate Partners' support.

Handle deal negotiations and reporting activities with affiliate partners

On-going performance reporting and in-depth analysis of activity in order to deliver against strict KPI structures

The role may require carrying out other associated tasks to ensure the successful delivery of the company's objectives

Essential Requirements:

A previous portfolio of key affiliate partners in the financial trading sector globally would be advantageous.

Advanced Knowledge of HTML, email marketing and ad-serving technologies.

Experience gained within Crypto, Spread betting, CFD's or other retail financial trading products is essential

Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role within the Crypto and FX industry (can also be personal experience within these industry)

Excellent verbal communication skills

Creative thinker, with technological knowledge and deep business understanding

Ability to collaborate with and influence both internal and external partners

IMPORTANT

Ideally what we're looking for is an entrepreneurial candidate who has played in the crypto or financial markets and understands who the main figures in the space are and understands how we can find users and KOLs to expand the company brand in the western world.

Being social media savvy is very important, but also having a keen understanding of how to sell a product with many hundreds of competitors in a very competitive environment.
The best candidates are those who analyzed the opportunity cost of getting into the crypto space while at university - those same candidates will understand the space, understand how traders and crypto native people thing and understand the broader philosophical & financial factors of the crypto environment.
