Key Responsibilities




By playing a major role in post-sale assistance, it is crucial to support the team by promptly addressing inquires (via live chat, email and letter) and facilitating effective solutions.


To accurately log all customer interactions on the databases, providing in depth information to ensure trends and patterns are identifiable.

Thoroughly investigate and effectively resolve customer complaints.

Gathering and examining customer feedback using our robust online review platforms and reporting system.

To effectively manage spare parts and replacement, our goal is to consistently maintain suitable stock levels and working with Buying and Stock Control to ensure timely delivery of replacements to our valuable customers.

To drive innovation by identifying areas for process improvement and actively implementing new ideas.



What we look for




We're looking for ambitious, driven, and enthusiastic candidates with a strong interest in pursuing a career within a leading international business. Here's what you'll need to apply:


A degree essential at 2:1 or above in any discipline

Minimum 6-12 months experience full time

The most important bit is your talent, determination and drive, bring that with you and we can provide you with the tools to succeed.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail

Assertive and confident with a proactive approach to work
