We're looking for Graduate Data Engineers to join our October 2025 Graduate Programme, giving you hands-on experience in a FTSE 100 listed software company.

Key Responsibilities

What you'll be involved in




As a Graduate Data Engineer, you'll be part of a collaborative and innovative community. You'll work on real-world projects that involve:


- Designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines


- Working with cloud platforms and big data technologies


- Supporting data integration, transformation, and quality initiatives


- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Analysts, and Software Engineers




Throughout the 2-year Graduate Programme, you'll be supported with structured learning, mentoring, and opportunities to grow your skills in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.




What are we looking for?




We're open to graduates from a range of disciplines, but this role is ideal for those with a background in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or Engineering. You'll have some experience or exposure to:

- Able to demonstrate a passion for tech, with skills to match.


- A keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind to help problem solve.


- You'll be resilient and determined, able to work in a fast paced, changing environment.


- As part of a global business, you'll be an effective communicator, able to collaborate with people from across the world.


- Basic knowledge of Linux systems and DevOps principles


- An interest in cloud, security, networking, and system architecture




These roles are based in our Newcastle offices, and you'll be in the office at least 3 days a week so will need to live in (or be willing to relocate to) an easily commutable distance.




What you can expect from the process

2. Complete screening and video interview (You will receive a link to complete a video interview within 1 week of applying)


3. If successful at video interview stage, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre.


4. Successful candidates will join us in October 2025
