We serve the world's leading executives in manufacturing with our extensive portfolio of international benchmarking and networking summits across Europe and the USA, which highlight a wide range of key issues and trends faced within manufacturing management.
The Role
As an Event Delegate Sales Executive, you will be working closely with all areas of business development, identifying new potential clients, connecting with decision-makers over the phone, selling available delegate spaces to senior decision-makers across multiple events portfolio, developing relationships, understanding their market needs & objectives, and match them to one of our international events.
You will be selling on various conferences portfolio over the course of the year and building new business relations which will be essential for our client base for each conference and drive further commercial success across a portfolio of international conferences.
Please note, we require employees to attend the office 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday & Thursdays)
Responsibilities
Understand specific client challenges in each of the markets we serve and how our products align to meet those challenges.
Build a thorough understanding of our products, the industry and the competitors.
Maintain regular contact with clients and formulate innovative, creative and profitable solutions for their business.
Pitching C-level Executives and Directors within the manufacturing sector.
Maintain close liaison with the marketing, production and operations teams in order to ensure the delivery of successful customer-focused events.
Working closely with the Sales Manager to conduct monthly revenue forecasts, sales reports and manage a sales pipeline.
Identify potential customers from competitive media, events and other business sources.
Overall responsibility of the revenue targets across our events portfolio
To ensure daily KPIs are met consistently whilst working both from home and in the office.
Ideal Candidate
Professional, goal-oriented, telephone sales focussed.
Ability to communicate with a wide range of clients at all levels.
Some B2B sales experience is preferred.
Target driven.
Excellent communicator - written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills - time, task and diary management.
Self-Belief, determination and willing to work hard and increase their earnings potential.
Package:
Base Salary plus generous, uncapped commission scheme.
