We're offering a fantastic opportunity for a driven and proactive graduate to join our team as a

Graduate Product Engineer

. This role sits at the exciting intersection of

product development

and

ERP/database systems

, giving you exposure to real-world manufacturing challenges while you help bring innovative furniture products from concept to reality.

What You'll Be Doing



You'll work closely with our experienced engineers, designers, and operational teams, as well as external design partners and clients, to:

Support the delivery of innovative, design-led furniture products. Assist in creating and maintaining detailed engineering and manufacturing drawings. Learn to build and manage ERP database content using Winman (training provided). Help oversee the full lifecycle of product development--from prototype to production. Generate CNC drawings and programmes for joinery and upholstery processes. Develop technical specs, SOPs, and product/packaging quality standards. Contribute to lean manufacturing improvements that boost efficiency and profitability.

What We're Looking For



Education & Skills:



A degree (or final-year student) in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design/Engineering, or similar. Experience or familiarity with 2D/3D CAD tools (e.g. Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Vault). Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. An interest in manufacturing, product development, and database systems. Understanding of Lean principles and modern manufacturing techniques.

Mindset & Personality:



A logical, analytical thinker who enjoys solving real-world problems. Methodical with a practical, hands-on approach. Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn. Excellent communicator - both verbal and written. Collaborative and comfortable working with a wide range of people.

Bonus Points For:



Exposure to ERP/MRP systems (e.g. Winman). Any experience in workspace furniture or a design-led manufacturing environment.
